With an overall 15+ years of experience in the digital field, I have helped numerous businesses by defining, identifying and aiding them to solve their design problems by mixing my domain knowledge for Human-centred Design (HCD), problem-solving skills, and design thinking practices.

I am a T-shaped UX designer who had had both IC (individual contributor) & Team Lead roles — having extensive experience in creating engaging & functional digital products through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. I help build and lead design teams by enabling and empowering them with design ops to align with all stakeholders.
